Always start your search with databases. Databases provide a citation for you, and have already cleared copyright protections.
Pixabay is a another choice for finding Creative Commons images. All users have waived their copyright rights. Be careful to NOT chose an image that is marked "Sponsored." These are ads and will have a watermark across the image.
Google Images will NEVER be the image source. It is a search engine, just like regular Google. You need to follow the image to learn the website information. This also applies to images Google provides within Slides.
